Great idea, several platform issues and poor level of support

At first, I was very happy with TrulyWP, excellent value for money and a clear improvement in site speed compared to my old shared hosting plan. I migrated 5 sites to TrulyWP after quite an easy experience with the first one. However, this is when the issues started...

Migrations would often fail and a ticket would be raised for support to complete it their end; however this was very slow and communication from the support team was almost nonexistent.

On one occasion, one of my websites went down and after waiting around 20 minutes their response was that "a sever had to be restarted" - this was worrying due to the fact the website had a marketing campaign due to go live and traffic would be landing on an error page. No further details on the issue were given to me by support.

Another website had trouble with the SSL, and support was taking days to reply and provide any reassurance of the issue being resolved. Eventually, I had to pay someone to setup some a redirect for the www cname as it was simply taking too long for TrulyWP to resolve the issue with the SSL certificate on the server.

My most recent issue is simply adding a domain to one of the sites has turned into almost a week-long saga. Support of chat is unable to help and they keep simply saying they are looking into it, but with no sign or proof of that at all. There is zero communication from the support team and I honestly don't think they are looking into the issue. I have a website hosted with TrulyWP that I can't attach a domain to now, and it's of course quite urgent to get done.

You often have to wait 20-30 minutes for a reply on support chat and even then it's never anything helpful or informative.

I have already started to look at moving to another provider. I guess, the positive thing for me is it has helped convince me not to use shared hosting plans as there are obvious benefits in speed and performance, but I feel the TrulyWP platform has too many random bugs/issues and lacking support to resolve them effectively.

Great idea in principle, and easy enough to use. Maybe they need time to grow as a team and get better infrastructure in place first. Will likely request a refund before the time runs out.
