Super Stellar Support! Worst Nightmare Avoided!

I bought the highest tier package and it has just come up for renewal in 2 weeks.

Over the past year this is what has taken place. From day one until today, I have opened 17 support tickets. While this may seem like a lot, it's not as I was a new user to the platform and for the migration requests to take place, and any learning curve needed, you send in a support ticket.

In one support ticket, I have listed as many as 8 different domains all running their own cpanel (all running wordpress) sites, all at the same time, to be migrated over and usually sites are migrated within a few hours (including the email accounts). I started a year ago with 3 "test sites" as I wanted to see, learn and test the platform and as I was learning it, I kept adding more and more to it. I have the agency plan.

Last night was the reason I am now writing this for all to read: On January 23 (almost 2 weeks ago) I made a specific request for the 3 of the original "Test Sites" to be deleted, and I had stated I wanted them gone completely from the dashboard.

My exact words: "No longer needs to be in the dashboard - please remove this completely. Thank you."

I was thinking I had everything on my end covered and as it turns out. I did not. 100% completely my fault. Long story short, I did not have every configured correctly on my end "the way I thought I did" and one of my biggest sites went down when I asked it to be deleted. This site has over 1607 images and over 10 years of building, that I thought I had complete backups for... What I "thought" I had done and what I did were 2 completely different actions.

When I discovered the site was down yesterday, I was frustrated as of course I had taken precautions to ensure I had done everything on my end correctly (but as it turned out, I had not, my restoration backup was missing two very important folders that I had specifically set to exclude from backups years ago because of the files sizes).

I will admit that I started off with a very short and slight annoyance attitude having to deal with what I thought was not my fault. I opened a rather short and snappy support ticket of why in the world is this happening? How do we fix it?

James T. with Fastmoose support investigated what I had done, reminded me of my exact request on the 21st, showed me my error(s) and then made this statement:

"For this time round we will fix this for you. Please allow us some time to restore (Only if backup available). We will update you once done."

And within the next three hours they had it restored to 100%.

I asked James to generate an invoice for the restoration fee and I'll gladly pay it. I just paid it and I also thought it would be important to share my "almost nightmare" that because of the Support Fastmoose offers didn't happen, and others should know about this.

I went one step further too, my annual renewal is not due for another two weeks but I renewed it last night too! I'm now a "Fastmoose Lifer."

Creating an account / login is very excruciating. Unbelievable. why does this have to be so complicated?

If there 6 tacos i could have given them

Super fast and helpful support! Shout out to Mr Breaker he walked me through everything and explained it in detail, was super easy to set up my account and my client's had few challenges understanding how it works at first but when I did it all just sounded like the perfect platform that I was looking for ages!

This deal is a steal, and am so glad I go it.

Beyond My Expectations

Its first time, I'm posting my review, I have purchased many deals from appsumo but honestly speaking I always look reviews before buying but never post my review even about great products like "relay that".

James T, who is very kind hearted and really very fast responder. Product is awesome, wordpress hosting is very fast(the only issue is that to add subdomains in wordpress hosting), linux based hosting is also working good for me. Thank you James for your support and this good product.

Regards
