Q: Difference between multi-lingual voice, and 104 languages?
What are the 104 languages for if there is no multi-lingual voice?
I want to create a voice that speaks english and mandarin.

2. You can do that using multilingual voice. Same voice can be used in both language. Just make sure you use the correct language from the dropdown.
