Q: Missing Persian language in dubbing after AppSumo purchase
Hi,
I tested the free trial on your website, and Persian was available as a target language in the dubbing section. However, after purchasing Tier 1 on AppSumo, Persian is no longer listed among the target languages.
Could you please look into this and help resolve it?

I think it is a bit disappointing that my full use case would not be possible with the AppSumo purchase. How long and how many images are available for the AppSumo truncated version? My blog articles are usually around 1800-2000 words with 5-7 images. Would this fit in the shorter version or require a pro plan? Does your software have either an open API or MCP?

Sí, por supuesto. Puede añadir un código adicional para actualizar su cuenta del Nivel 3 al Nivel 4.

Voice access is based entirely on your tier, so every account on the same tier receives the same voices. If a voice appears locked when it should be available, it’s likely an activation issue. Just contact us through Discord or support using your account email, and we’ll get it sorted.
