- When I got the UnMixir through AppSumo deal, the system was offering and working with Croatian Language as one of the transcribing languages and it was doing a very fine job in it. Now it is not avaliable and I could not get a response about it by contacting support. Please let me know about it. This is my native language and suddenyl it is not an option anymore while it was already working and well. Auto recogition thinks is Solvak which is distant language from the same language group and the results are not usable at all. Thank you for your feedback.
- I have emailed you twice, but have received no reply. This is my next effort to avoid leaving a bad review and requesting a refund. Summary of my emails: I'm helping my 83-year-old dad start using AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. I bought 2 of your AppSumo codes (willing to buy more), thinking you offered something like Wispr Flow.ai, where my day could speak to popular AI platforms instead of typing. He's not a tech fan, but I showed him Wispr Flow's demo page, and he loved it. If we can get this to work for him like Wispr Flow we'd surely upgrade to your top offer. In short, I'd like to eliminate the need for him to type detailed prompts into AI platforms. I'm not seeing any way to integrate your text-to-speech module into any of my AI platforms. - I purchased the Tier 4 , but I’m unable to select certain voice options. Could you please clarify exactly which voices are included in the Tier 4 license and which are not? I sent the same question by email on January 8, so please check my previous message as well. Thank you in advance for your help.
- Are these features are included? Workflow Automation Advanced AI Features Voice Cloning Profiles Voice Cloning (if yes how many credits) Subtitles Feature You said (Whats the API Balance ?) Note: API balance is different than app balance. This is to ensure fair usage initially.
- My only use for unmixr is the AI Chatbot and now I see it on the Legacy products list. Wow. Are you removing this from the list of apps? This would be very disappointing. Please let me know why it isn’t even on the left side bar anymore.
