Not the most natural AI Voices; Can't tune "emotions" for a voice delivery; AI Dubbing has inconsistent pacing issues

I don’t usually call people out, but now, I want to make it painfully clear to Shariful/Unmixr, after his two frustratingly misleading responses. Customers deserve an honest response, not one that he “pretends” that it’s all resolved and that it’s the customer’s fault for not having looked through the platform thoroughly.
“Dialogue Studio” or “Long Form” currently DO NOT allows one to “tune emotion” of a voice (e.g., angry, sad, funny, frustrated.) Unmixr currently only offers “speed, pitch, intensity, volume” to be tuneable.
The “emotion templates” function currently does not allow the voice’s emotion to be tuneable either. Whichever “voice” you choose, it’s stuck with that emotion expression. Meaning if you need a colourful delivery (e.g. calm, followed by surprised, followed by anger): it’s not currently possible.
A yes/no question: Does Unmixr have plans to make emotions tuneable (like what Speechify/Artlist/Others currently offer)?
Due to Sharifu/Unmixr’s previous misleading responses, I’ve downgraded my rating from 5 to 3 to now 2.
If Unmixr has no plan to develop “emotions tuning”, just say so. Don’t mislead customers. It reduces your reputation and trustworthiness.
I do appreciate you working on fixing the AI Dubbing inconsistent and unusable pacing.
When I receive an honest response I may change my rating.

While I understand your frustration, kindly note that not all our voices support customization of tones and styles. You can check which voices support styles and apply accordingly. Not all voices have same kind of features. We need to write more guides and tutorials to help users understand what each voice has to offer.
Even I think, our platform can do a lot what someone can figure out but due to lack of user reference many users are not getting it's 100% capability.

We do have plans to add more emotions. But definitely not all voices will support emotions or even same kind of emotions. Will check if existing emotions have any issue. If we find any issue, we will update that.
