Hi,

Interested in this however few questions/areas of concern for you to advise on first please:

1. If we were to use the content direct into a blog:

1.a. Are we able to leave the images in there as they are without any copyright issues?

1.b. Happy to leave a note to say where the content is from and/or link to the original article, would that be enough for the content and image to avoid any copyright issues?

2. Are there direct social media integrations?

2.a. If yes; can the system post automatically on chosen bases?

2.b. If not available currently and planned will Lifetime deals also be included for this feature?

3. Any plans for extracting/including the tags/hashtags to know what is popular for articles?

Clarity on areas above are important for us to make decision on this as we're likely to go for highest Lifetime tier if we see that there is good long term commitment to the Lifetime tiers also for relevant future features.

Hello!

1. Since we are a curation technology, you would not be able to bring the full text of any curated article into your blog (even if you provide credit). The UpContent gallery functionality was designed to allow you to showcase the article, image, and summary within your site in a way that aligns with Fair Use and honors the publisher copyright.

More here: http://learn.upcontent.com/en/articles/5607263-adding-content-to-your-website

2. Posting to social media can happen through UpContent by clicking the share button for an article you are interested in.

You can then use Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot or Funnel Amplifies to complete the post creation and scheduling.

More here: http://learn.upcontent.com/en/articles/4150653-sharing-content-via-social-media-profiles

3. There are no current plans for extracting populate hashtags from articles, but we do loo to our customer base to help prioritize our roadmap. If this is ofnvalue to others, you may see it undergo development.

Please let me know what other questions arise.

Thanks for your interest.

Cheers,

Scott

Hi can we purchase two plans and have these merged together as one user admin panel after redeeming? I have done this on most if not all my sumo purchases as it makes it easier than having to log into the two separate accounts. Thank you

Hello!

While purchasing two deals will provide you with two accounts, you can access them both via a single login by having that email be present on the team of both accounts.

More here: http://learn.upcontent.com/en/articles/4173561-add-members-to-a-team

Once complete, you will be able to login and switch between the two accounts using the account drop down on the top right - without needing to logout and back in.

Thanks!

My question is for above the 100 topics per collection included in the top tier plan.

I am trying to provide more granular content on a deeper topic level.

I hope that clarifies what I'm asking.

Thanks!

Hello!

Thanks for your questions.

First, it is helpful to clarify that the top tier plan provides 100 topics and 8 collections. It wouldn’t be 100 topics per collection.

Topics are how UpContent discovers articles for you, Collections are how you can organize these articles for distribution elsewhere or presentation on your site.

More on the difference between topics and collections can be found here:

http://learn.upcontent.com/en/articles/3938985-difference-between-topics-and-collections

For example, if you want to have articles presented in different categories on your website, you would need a collection for each.

You do have the opportunity to purchase additional collections as an add on as well as add the HTML email builder (both have monthly charges).

Thanks,

Scott

Hi,

Are there any additional topics available within a collection for a fee or subscription? What other upgrades, if any, are available? I think I saw email as an upgrade in a question or review.

Thanks!
