Q: Can I use Vento to record my Google Slides presentation, while also being able to view my speaker notes ...
(without anyone else being able to see them)?
I created my presentation on Google Slides. My presentation has speaker notes on it to help me present the slides more easily, without getting stuck or reading directly off the slides. I want to show viewers my presentation in full-screen mode, but I need to access the speaker notes myself while I'm presenting. Additionally, as I'm presenting, I also have to be able to record a video of myself and I need that video to be shown somewhere on the side of the screen as a small thumbnail.
Can I create this type of recording in Vento?
If yes, then it would be a very helpful tool for recording presentations that I need to do for my classes. It would also save me a lot of time, since I won't have to do much editing afterwards.
Please let me know if recording Google Slides presentations is supported by Vento, and if the features I mentioned above are available.
Thank you

Jun 10, 2024A: Hey There! Thanks for your question. Yes you can, when you select "Slideshow" in google slides there is presenter view option. The presenter view creates another window. This window can be ignored by vento as you need to give only the window you're recording permission. This can work on one screen or both.
So in Vento, you would select just record your window instead of your entire screen. The other window that is the presenter window will not show in your Vento recording.
