Q: Issues with Vento
Hi, I just ran into a problem trying to use Vento and sent a chat and see it takes up to 2hrs to reply to chat??? I am not sure how that is efficient. If I am using chat I expect to have prompt response to solve the issue at hand. I mistakenly clicked on don't allow camera and wanted to correct that but have been unable to do that. I also tried to access the platform using Safari and it tells me it doesn't work on Safari.
Please how can I resolve my issue of the video not being activated.

Jun 13, 2025A: Hey There! we responded back to your message via our chat support. We're a small distributed team, sometimes it take a bit longer to respond when we're heads down doing work. In addition, the number for the respond time is skewed as there was time period where we didn't turn the chat off on the weekends (we don't have weekend chat support but only for emergencies) our support time calculated that time in.
That is correct, we don't support Safari. But we do support Edge, Chrome and Brave browers.
