How can visitors be converted into contacts, these are not contacts these are visitors with no name and no information please remove this nonsence or I Will refund my purchase.
I allready feel dissapointed with my purchase and contact limits should be a 1 time purchase so we sumo users can benefit from the lifetime deal, thats what it’s for to promote your platform get Some users and reward the initial users not capatalize on them by forcing us to switch to a paid plan when we reach our contact limits and even visitors are registered as a contact do you note their mail? Phonenumber? How on earth can we contact these contacts with a message for example this sounds like a scam as we cant do that and they do fill our cap.
Please change this asap!
Abhi straight ignored our questions and replied to other newer ones. Minutes after activating my account I already had "contacts", even bots going to a minutes old subdomain count to the one time limit (not monthly). In no time those 50k "contacts" will be gone if you give it any real usage, atm this is just a paid trial.
Yes, i'm also going to refund they are not responding and this is not a long term solution as you are forced to go to the paid plan
What a shame, apart from this fatal flaw, the platform looked really good. Another one bites the dust.
I had paid 62 for it and even so not worth it with those bogus bot contacts adding up right after my account was created and not even live. A founder that just ignores such an important question is instant refund.
