I purchased Vidjet (Tier 2) a couple of weeks ago and have uploaded a couple of videos for try-outs first. Both worked well so I decided to start converting one of my clients sites from Youtube to Vidjet.
While uploading the videos (one by one) which is very cumbersome and there seems to be no way to put them in a "collection" the system showed video upload problems several times. So I decided to start over and load a single video, then insert it into website, do the next and so forth. After video #3 all of my videos vanished from the dashboard and even though they still show on the website I can't access or change anything anymore. I wrote an email to customer service and they did not respond within 24 hrs. The dashboard videos are still gone and I am not happy with any of this. Wasted hours of valuable time with this (which I don't get paid for) and there is not even a decent support portal with time stamps and progress checker. So overall pretty disappointed. Luckily I am still in my evaluation period and if they come through I may change or amend this review and the Tacos but as of today I cannot recommend this product.
