A: It depends, if you assign them to your own workspace as a client, what allows them to share with you their screens at any time, or if you want them to register (you can invite them with a referral code) and become a free Join plan user independent from your workspace. But then they can only be accessed by you via the key icon in your sidebar. They can not access you. You can invite them to collaborate on your screen and access theirs, but they can not access yours without you sending it to them.
