Q: The user / Seat information is so confusing.. maybe have a tutorial video.
I'm unable to grasp the user / seat dynamic. my interpertation is that if you are the user / admin you can give unlimited access to others to few you screen.. and if I tier one, I have 2 seats, so one is me and the other is assign to another client.. And i have complete control over that client.. and the client can also interact with my machine as well. And I can grant access to others to view the session, but i or them can not interact with each other's machine..

Nov 4, 2024A: It's really interesting that there are always ambiguities or that it still hasn't become clear, even though we've answered this question so many times here at AppSumo.
1 user seat is 1 email address. One seat can be used on two devices. Depending on the size of the tier, 2, 10, 25 or 50 email addresses can be assigned to a workspace. These email addresses can be those of your own colleagues (internal) or customers. If you are assigned to a workspace, the functions of a Connect user are automatically available to you, allowing you to share your own window or desktop with someone. As a free Join plan user, I cannot do this, but I can give someone else access to me while I am present - but then only to the entire screen and not with separate mouse pointers, but with a shared one. I can also allow other users to access me automatically without having to manually accept this again and again via a pop-up.
We hope this answers your questions
