I like how quickly the integration with Straico was implemented. It would be nice if you could select the models and not have to access the model code and enter it as is currently the case. Otherwise the extension is a pleasure, everything you need for everyday use is clearly displayed and it works on all pages. Keep up the good work and thanks for the fine Chrome extension

I stumbled across Viinyx and I have to say, it is an incredible chrome browser assistant! As someone who is passionate about AI tools, and have used Voila, Merlin and others, I can confidently say that Viinyx stands out from the crowd. Here’s why:

Pros:
User-Friendly Interface: The design is sleek and intuitive, making it easy to navigate without feeling cluttered. Every feature is within reach, which enhances productivity.

Versatile AI Models: The variety of models available is impressive. I particularly appreciate the ability to use
Ollama locally, and appreciate being able to also use Straico.

Outstanding Support: The support team is phenomenal! The founder is approachable and actively engages with the community on Discord. It's refreshing to see such dedication to user feedback and continuous improvement.

Effective Outputs: As you can save Prompts, its very efficient to generate various content and replies to email, social media, etc. Viinyx does not disappoint.

In summary, Viinyx is a steal at its price point. If you're looking for a powerful AI tool to enhance your workflow, I highly recommend giving it a try. Even if you have tools like Voila or Merlin , I still find myself returning to Viinyx for its unique features and model flexibility. Grab it whilst you can.

As you may see from some of my reviews here on AppSumo, I'm an absolute AI Tool Aficionado (that's putting it mildly), so I have a lot of experience with various AI LTDs and other AI tools, interfaces and programs and I have to say that for the price, this is an absolute NO BRAINER for anyone that wants to leverage the power of AI in their workflow on the web.

PROS:

The interface and interaction with websites is excellent. It's powerful, feature rich, yet uncluttered.

The choice of models and customization is really super. I'm even able to use Ollama locally as an option (as a temporary interface to Straico which WILL be integrated soon :-)

Support is literally off the hook amazing. The discord community and the founder is open to communication and networking with others here in the AI user world to work on implementing new features and updates

THE OUTPUT for social media replies is amazingly super. I have not dug into the inner workings much, but connecting ChatGPT 4o as the model, and using the // command to implement a reply prompt (and choosing the type of response you want) creates (for me) literally almost perfect responses - some only requiring a word tweak or two (one day I will figure out how to train it to my writing - but that's on me HA HA)

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT / WISH LIST

I know this is only a web app / extension, but man it would be so nice if it worked on things OTHER than the web. Yeah, I know, I know, that's not what it is made for. But using things like Pismo, BoltAI, Merlin (web and webapp local on mac) and MindMac make me appreciate the "Grammarly style" integration into the OS ecosystem. Basically I'm spoiled by the ease of use of Viinyx and wish it was that "easy" for other "system based" apps.

A little more documentation would be helpful, but again, this is a newer app, and things are just ramping up (hey, we are early adopters and I know it) - but I'm sure as things mature some more training, documentation, and even some use cases etc would be great to have.

Bottom line? THIS IS A STEAL FOLKS ... GET IT! Look, I am even own and use a MERLIN LTD (with the discounted subscription for unlimited use) and I STILL find myself going back to Viinyx for my workflow. It's that good, and glad that I snagged this deal!

Every AI browser assistant has its strengths and weaknesses, which is why I use multiple tools. I utilize the Gemini model on Viinyx to extract text from images, converting it into text format. This saves me a lot of time when an OCR tool isn't available.

Considering the price point, it's definitely worth keeping. It offers many features, and I’m sure you’ll find at least one of them useful, making it pay for itself.

This tool is your sidekick! SO easy to reach (on side of page, on fetching text, in new tab). I already have Voilà, but it is a different concept. Couldn't resist this no-brainer offer! Can't do without it now! Thanks to the creator for this.
