I have now been using the product for about a week. So far there has been some audio and video cut briefly before returning to a normal state. I have reached out to Vivo to find out what their roadmap intentions are, and they advised me they have no intent to release an app for the more secure platforms which I think is an incredibly poor choice. More companies and individuals are starting to make the choice to move away from Windows or Mac. This shows me their lack of consideration of an open mind will be this companies downfall leading to a potential failure and closure of their business.

Sometimes there are audio/video connection issues for my invitees
I find Vivomeetings to be a generally good software, but it doesn't satisfy me in certain situations. For instance, yesterday, someone I invited to a video call joined the room, but his video and audio remained inactive for several minutes, with the spinning circles indicating it was still loading (they were using Vivomeetings from a browser). I had no connection issues on my end, but he had. We then tried another meeting software, and my client was able to connect with audio and video right away. We gave up on using Vivomeetings. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
Another thing I don't appreciate is that I'm unable to join a meeting with a second device using the same account. This is useful for me as a backup in case my connection drops on one device. With other software I use, this is possible, and I find it very useful. I hope this can be a suggestion and can be implemented.

I upgrade, and then upgrade again
At first I didn't think that I would upgrade. I only need a zoom alternative that works much like zoom but doesn't have a time limit and if possible is on LTD.. and I came across Vivomeetings.
I tried with one code to just play around, and I had a good feeling when playing with it. So I upgraded to deluxe plan to just get the video recording feature. It was good.
Then I had a meeting with the sales team and asked about team member feature. He explained everything.
I need this for a very long time and for a bigger audience so I upgraded again to pro plan.
