A: Yes the posts ideas and campaign plans are generated based on brand details (when included). Just like many AI tools we always recommend the human editing layer after the content is generated (AI will generally suggest inspiration or ideas around types of stories to tell but those should be heavily looked at and edited by the human in the loop to reflect the true stories).
Note, we will be improving on the personalization layer where you will be able to upload additional brand materials (I.e testimonials, messaging, content samples etc.) in the near future to further improve on the AI output, brand voice accuracy and make it even more customizable.
