Hi there,
Just to check before committing. Mainly use for legal research,
Can we upload our own PDFs for the research purpose for tier 4? I found on your website, private database only available for enterprise clients . So for tier 4 we cannot create our own database for the research purpose ?

I don't have an exact timeline for it yet though, and not sure about performance for legal documents as our systems are currently tuned for academic and patent literature.

Privacy is critical for sure. Can you help us understand your commitments to privacy? Do you commit to never using our research queries for purposes unrelated to providing the services purchased? It does look like your privacy policy excludes that which is good but doing patent searches means we may have an idea we want to patent if it's not,so have you promised this data is confidential?
