Hi Team, this looks great. Any chance for stacking codes for high number of tests?

I think stacking would be a great addition.

ie 25, 100, 500 etc.

Does this have the same or similar test like Myers-Briggs etc?

It looks like I can add many users employees I want? Can clients also get portal access?

The Big Five is similar to Myers-Briggs in the sense that they are both well established personality assessments.

But that's where the similarities stop.

There is a lot of debate about the validity of Myers-Briggs as the results can vary quite a bit (https://jobtalk.indiana.edu/HRMWebsite/hrm/articles/develop/mbti.pdf).

The Big Five (also known at the Five-Factor Model or OCEAN), has been tested extensively with better results from various studies (http://people.umass.edu/monaco/barrettandpietromonaco1997.pdf)

The deal is for up to 25 Big Five assessments (for teams up to 25 people or for 25 different individuals).

We don't yet have sub-accounts to add clients. Each person will get their own individual results but won't be able to see other individuals' responses unless they are the administrator. The administrator will see both the individual results and the collective results in the dashboard.

Oh okay that makes sense! So this deal would be great to outfit one single team of up to 25 memebers. So there’s no multi-business company support?

Can Members can be added?

Will there be an option for Myers Briggs in the future?

I have some questions which would be interesting to get answered:

1) Is there are roadmap for the product?

2) Is it possible to skip the 'intro-test' and start immediately with the personality test?

3) Are there other languages planned (German)?

4) Will there be more (personality) tests in the future?

Following up on each one:

1) Is there are roadmap for the product?

Yes there is! You can view it here: https://app.loopedin.io/work-start#/roadmap

2) Is it possible to skip the 'intro-test' and start immediately with the personality test?

Unfortunately not. The intro section is used to create each person's profile and login on Work Start.

3) Are there other languages planned (German)?

Depending on user demand, we will definitely consider adding other languages. For now, browsers like chrome can translate the pages and questions on the fly relatively well, though not as great as native translations.

4) Will there be more (personality) tests in the future?

Yes! The primary focus will be on tests organizations can use to make better hiring decisions, identify gaps in their teams, better engage and retain their employees.
