5 Tacos to WorkZappy! This software is a great time management software. After years of trying to find an affordable, integrated CRM, Ive basically converted my CRM to within WorkZappy!

I ran into a bug or 2 along the way and the support team hunted it down super quick and resolved all my problems. They even helped me configure workarounds to reasonable requests within the software. I like it better than Trello and Asana!

I have a small team and we base all of our productivity, prospect outreach and client goal tracking with Workzappy! Such a great find!

This app is simple to setup and manage. Many project management apps are overly complex. This one has the views I need with very quick update and management options. For most projects, this does it well.

The core of this tool is the ability to work on Agile projects using Scrum. Unlike other tools having a KANBAN approach to work. This tool is perfectly aligned to work on tech., projects. I am loving it!

Even though the core processes are aligned my rating resembles some missing features on collaboration side:
1. Need a collaboration tool other than just tagging on tasks. Note, that project discussions are more than just tagging on tasks.
2. Support is active but have not seeing major updates being made. If the release cycle is bi weekly, then, we should have seen features available in past weeks.
3. Roadmap is not public (or I am not aware).
4. There is that feeling things are cooking behind the scenes (need more transparency)
5. AI - Not user friendly. Can't ask general questions but have to abide to the commands. And, those commands are not at par.

Note: The Scrum features work perfectly. I am really looking forward to make this tool favourable in my workflow.

WorkZappy has potential, great design, nice widgets and better csv import! but after seeing Leiga https://www.leiga.com/ (same app and same company), feels like you’re following the popular pattern: 1 release a copy, 2 sell LTDs making promises, and 3 shut down, so I don’t want lose money/time again.
I was ready to share all the bugs I found after spending all day yesterday importing my work from another task app, but I won’t do it now that I discovered you’re the same company as Leiga.

KEYPOINTS AFTER A POSSIBLE REFUND:
1- Why launch two identical products when, for the end user, are doing the same thing?
You claim they’re for ''different audiences'', but it’s obvious Leiga is your main and stable software (subscription-based and established), while WorkZappy feels like a quick cash & feedback grab experiment. This smells bad and inspires ZERO trust.
2- Roadmap commit to developing and supporting WZ?
3- What exactly will happen to LTD users if WorkZappy shutdown we will have the Leiga license transfer(why not it's the same company)?
4- Do you have any serious plan to protect our investment, or are you just going to leave us behind like so many other SaaS did on AppSumo?

I’d appreciate honest, straightforward answers. The community is tired of losing money on empty promises. Thank you so much in advance :)

Há bastante tempo venho procurando uma alternativa ao Monday.com, que utilizo para oferecer acesso a um CRM para os clientes da minha agência. Com o Workzappy, acredito ter encontrado um substituto quase perfeito!

A interface da ferramenta é bem limpa, clara e direta, o que facilita muito o uso. Acredito genuinamente que, com o tempo e com base no feedback dos usuários, o Workzappy se tornará uma versão ainda mais polida e poderá realmente brilhar no mercado.

Um ponto que merece destaque absoluto é o suporte: a equipe é incrível e responde a todas as perguntas com uma rapidez impressionante! Não sei exatamente quem agradecer, pois os e-mails vêm assinados apenas como "Team WorkZappy", hahaha.

Pontos Fortes (PROS):

Interface rápida, limpa e intuitiva.
Suporte fantástico e ágil.
Grande potencial para se tornar uma ferramenta realmente excelente no futuro.

Pontos Fracos (CONTRAS):

Achei as automações um pouco complexas de entender. É possível que seja uma curva de aprendizado minha, hahaha, então não vou me aprofundar muito nisso. Mas, pelo que tentei fazer até agora, não consegui configurar nenhuma automação devido à aparente complexidade.

Conclusão:

Apesar do desafio inicial com as automações, nenhum dos pontos mencionados diminui o meu entusiasmo pela ferramenta. Acredito que o Workzappy tem um futuro muito promissor pela frente.

Dou 5 tacos com certeza!

I've been searching for a Monday.com alternative for quite some time, as I use it to provide CRM access to my agency's clients. With Workzappy, I believe I've found an almost perfect substitute!

I found the interface to be very clean and straightforward, simple and direct. I truly believe that with time and user feedback, we will have a much more polished version of the software that will really be able to shine much brighter.

One point I want to highlight is the support – these guys are insane and answer all questions quickly! I don't know who to thank exactly, because the emails just say "Team WorkZappy", hahahahaha.

PROS:

Fast and clean interface.
Fantastic and quick support.
Has the potential to become an excellent tool.

CONS:

I found the automations complex to understand. It might just be me, hahaha, so I won't go too deep into this point. However, based on what I've tried to do so far, I haven't been able to automate anything yet because I found it quite complex.

Conclusion:

Everything I've said doesn't take away any points from the tool for me, and I believe it has a very good future ahead.

Definitely 5 tacos!
