I have invited a team member.

I have invited a team member... Suposedly I have 40 team members on my Tier. So far, the team accepted the invitation (See image https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-O5XcqY4O9Ic/YUOEiOl1FBI/AAAAAAAACPo/uvOr-bCIx-kV-Ro7fC1BmfeRoDmEuYWLgCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/Screen%2BShot%2B2021-09-15%2Bat%2B09.58.38.png) But he cannot see the projects on the main account. It also seems he doesn't belong to the Team. Also he is being asked to update to a Pro account. What's happening? How can we correct this and make him work on the Teams Projects? Best regards,
