(2) I was trying to find reviews of you on G2 and could not find any... why is this, are you new or just white label of the former mentioned? (3) Will you be back on AppSumo as I want this for the future but I do not use WP but I might consider using it in the future and (4) I am not sure if I or my programmer needs the API feature... when would I need it, for example?

No, this is not a rebranded software, it is a unique plugin released just a couple of months ago.
Yes, you can rebrand the plugin if you get Tier 3. You can use it then as a part of your service, but you're not allowed to resell the plugin under a different name.
