You can get the unlimited deal, yes. In that case, you can use the plugin on as many sites as want.
But since you have 30 cloud sites, that means you can use WP Reset Cloud on that many sites. For other websites, you will need to purchase more Cloud licenses, use a 3rd party Cloud, or use them without a Cloud option.
