Q: If I understand correctly: guest accounts gives edit access ,
, member would be someone who can access and interact with documents ( via a link for example?
also are there limits to how many people can access the created document. And is the documents create mobile friendly?

Nov 22, 2024A: I am happy to clarify how guest accounts, member roles, and access work:
Guest Accounts:
Guests are added to specific folios and have edit access to those documents. This is perfect for collaborators who need to make changes to a specific project but don’t need access to the entire workspace.
Members: Members are part of your team workspace and can create, edit, and access all folios within that workspace.
However, viewing and interacting with documents via a shared link doesn’t require someone to be a guest or member—anyone with the shared public link can view the document unless restricted by additional sharing settings.
Limits on Access:
There’s no limit to how many people can view a shared document via a link.
For collaborators with edit access (guests or members), the limit depends on your plan—Tier 4, for example, includes unlimited guests.
Mobile-Friendliness:
Xtensio documents are mobile-friendly, automatically adjusting to smaller screens by stacking modules vertically for easier readability.
