I've been using Zcal recently, and it has significantly improved my scheduling workflow. Here's my detailed take on its pros and cons:

Pros:
Dedicated Nested Team Member Calendar Link: One of the standout features is the ability to create nested calendar links for team members, making it easy to coordinate schedules across a team.

Beautiful Video on Calendar Page: The option to add a video to the calendar page adds a personal and professional touch, enhancing the user experience for clients and partners.
User-Friendly Interface: The platform is incredibly easy to navigate, making scheduling quick and effortless.
Seamless Google Calendar Integration: Syncs perfectly with Google Calendar, ensuring your availability is always up to date.
Time Zone Detection: Automatically adjusts for different time zones, which is perfect for international meetings.

Cons:
No Support for Custom Service Add-Ons and Bundling: It lacks the ability to offer bundled services or custom add-ons, which could be a limitation for service providers.
No Custom Domain: Currently, there’s no option to use a custom domain, which might be a drawback for businesses looking for complete branding.
No SMTP Integration: The absence of SMTP integration means limited customization for email notifications.
No PayPal Integration: It doesn’t support PayPal, which could be inconvenient for users who prefer this payment method.

Conclusion:
Zcal is a solid scheduling tool with some unique features like nested team member calendars and customizable video on the calendar page. However, the lack of custom domains, service add-ons, and PayPal payment integrations might be a downside for some users. Despite these limitations, it's an excellent choice for those looking for a clean, efficient scheduling solution.

The ability to add a short video is a huge plus. Use cases may vary, but for the most part, I think that this is a worthwhile purchase as it can leave a good impression on clients. You can also upload an image to use as the background and adjust the opacity of the calendar box. Overall, I'm impressed with it so far. Looking forward to future feature additions.

It is the best purchase on Appsumo ever. Replaced calendly with ease.

Things I'd be looking for to make this my main scheduling product:

-Custom Email Domain
Right now all the email notification come from zcal. I'd like to send via my own Amazon SES, SendGrid, etc.

-SMS Notifications
I think this is on the roadmap, but integration with Twilio would be great.

-Webhooks, Make.com
Webhooks are on the roadmap, and Make.com module would be nice as well.

Just cancelled Calendly and sent the name to my web designer. These peeps are on to something. Looking forward to seeing them grow!
