No CNAME or Custom Domain Feture
Unfortunately, had refund on basis that emails are branded with Zcal. As an agency, I'm not in the business of promoting third party brands. It's obvious that you guys don't respect or have regard for the interests of our concerns. It became apparent more so when another Sumoling inquired about status of CNAME and crickets.....š¦ Good luck.

I understand your concern about branding as an agency. Unfortunately, as a small team, we're currently prioritizing our feature roadmap based on user demand and technical constraints.
Custom domain/CNAME support is definitely on our radar and something we want to implement in the future. I apologize that we weren't able to meet your requirements at this time, and I appreciate your feedback as it helps us understand which features are most important to our users.
