Hello Jay,
I added a affiliate but could not find a link. Although it directs the affiliate to set to their account theres still no link to share. Is it that everyone who receives an invite has to pay a fee to be able to access the affiliate feature before they can share the product link to their customers?

No, affiliates don't have to pay any fee whatsoever -- if they used your invite link, they bypass all pricing pages.
Once they're logged in, they can find their affiliate link under Conversion/AOV (left-side menu) > Affiliate > Me as an Affiliate.
