Thank you so much for your emails and chat messages. We really appreciate all your involvement. We are getting a ton of thank you messages and feature ideas/requests. I wanted to share a feature request by Alexis who instead of writing, has prepared a graphical explanation of his idea: http://rcl.ink/3Y - it blew our minds! To satisfy your curiosity - yes, we are going to add this feature - it will be optional to use and exist in 2 versions. The first one will work just like Alexis drew it while the second one will be a popup consent.

The main advantage of RocketLink is no limit on clicks at all!
It means that all the great retargeting features will work even if your links go viral and drive a massive traffic :). The tool is made for that! It would be really sad if you got a million of clicks and could be able to retarget only 5% of them :-/
The Galaxy Plan offered on AppSumo allows you to store up to 50 different pixel codes in your account and generate up to 3000 links each month! But no limits on clicks!
Moreover, you can generate QR codes out of your links, place them on posters, signs, trucks, buses, subways or whatever will work for your business and retarget people who scan those :)

Do you offer a timer for the created short url .

For example shorturl.com/test1 valid for 2 days.

If you can add up this feature that would be awesome.

Are the shortened links going to messup analytics data, showing the URL as the referrer rather than the original source, or do you apply nooveride to prevent that?

I have double checked that and RocketLink short links shared on Facebook even without UTM tags are detected with Analytics as Medium-Social, Source-Facebook. So it will not mess your analytics up.

I signed up for the free version just to have a look, and one of the things I want to do is to use a custom domain name as my short url.

But the instructions to setup a custom domain only explain how to redirect a subdomain to rocketlink, by defining a CNAME record.

I want to redirect a custom domain to rocketlink (not a sub-domain), which I believe would require changing the IP address of the A record to the IP address of a rocketlink server.

I couldn't find information on your site on how to do this.

Have I missed something, or is this because I'm using the free version, or am I only allowed to redirect a sub-domain?
