4. Is the custom domain come with branding and white label ?
5. Do you have good templates/ideas/examples that are being used to improve the recruiting process?
6. Do you have user permissions so that each user can only see specific jobs?
7. Can Easy.jobs use for skill testing?
8. After posting a job, is it possible to filter applications based on their answers to specific questions?

A: Hey number1,

Hope you are doing well.

#1. Yes, you can archive the jobs. It won't be counted as an active job, so you can keep them as long as you want.

#2. Yes, you can set screening questions. If you are referring to something else, let me know.

#3. We have this on our roadmap. Hopefully, we'll build a better IQ and personality test features. It will take some time to properly test and implement this feature.

#4. If you use a custom domain, actually there won't be any place where easy.jobs are mentioned.

#5. We're working on this, if you have any feedback or idea to share, kindly reach us. It would be much appreciated.

#6. Yes, you can add users and set the permissions. You will have a set of permission from where you can assign it to any particular user.

#7. We already have screening questions and quiz. IQ and personality tests are coming soon.

#8. We don't have this yet but it sounds interesting. I'll add this to our feature request list.

Q: Do applicants really need to signup to easjobs first when they apply?

This is what shows up after clicking apply http://prntscr.com/qu3js2 the easyjobs brand is all over. Also it seems that you will have the data and information of the applicants.

A: Yes, we use LinkedIn login, and it works via our domain for security, you need to realize this is a SaaS, not a CMS type solution.

Q: I am planning on using easy jobs to sell vetted shortlisted candidates to my clients who only want to spend ...

their time interviewing the best candidates. Is it possible to email/share a candidate's submission for a job to a third party or superior without bringing them on board as a team member? In that case if I want to just let them see the top 3 candidates for a position, I can do so.
They don't need to see all candidates for all jobs listed as a team member would.

A: We have visual pipeline, so you could keep just some candidate in one pipeline, and your other team member will see that clearly, other than that, the case you are saying we are not exactly built for that.

My advice will be, create a separate company for each client, you handle everything for them, after sorting send that pipeline link to other employee to do the rest, you charge your client for managing and handling their entire Recruitment. Our multi-cue package lets you have more company and team members.
