1. AI Coding (Vibecoding) — Use your favorite IDE (Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity, and more) to create apps. You're no longer limited to built-in FuseBase functionality — build your own. Use apps as standalone tools, inside your internal workspace, in portals, or make them public.

And the most important part — it costs a lot less than our competitors. Bring your own AI accounts and API keys, choose your models, and control exactly how much you spend. FuseBase provides scalable backend infrastructure, a plug-and-play database, Stripe integration, and everything you need to build reliable, production-ready apps.

P.S. We're working on our own FuseBase desktop application powered by OpenCode.

2. Two new dashboards: Meetings and Smart AI Trackers — Bring your data, videos, or transcripts and Smart AI Trackers will extract all the insights you need. Use FuseBase AI Apps to build custom dashboards and reporting on top of it.

3. New browser extension: FuseBase Voice Assistant — Speak in your native language and it posts in English. Saves a ton of time.

I know some of you are frustrated that we weren't able to schedule a meeting. It's not possible to cover all calls — sometimes meetings run longer than planned. We have great support and onboarding services, and in most cases you don't need a live call. Please don't get discouraged if you didn't get a meeting — we really do our best to cover as many as possible.

1) Live demo calls & live supportWe’ve noticed some frustration from users who are unable to get a live call with our team. Unfortunately, many calls run significantly longer than 30 minutes, and we can’t cut people off once a call has started. 2) Major update coming soon We’ve received a lot of requests for additional and slightly different functionality. We’re excited to announce that we’re about to release the Vibe Coding App as part of FuseBase, with a production-ready backend.

You’ll be able to:

• Embed them directly into portals

This update will significantly expand your available use cases.

Here’s what’s new: Over the past two years, our team has been quietly (but relentlessly) rebuilding the Fusebase platform. What began as a collaborative productivity tool has grown into a full-fledged powerhouse with AI agents, deep security controls, browser extensions, e-signatures, and transcription features—all now integrated into a seamless experience. And yes, we’re one of the first to fully integrate the new MCP protocol for advanced automation.

Why we’re back: After our previous successful campaigns (shout-out to all our early Sumo-lings!), we saw how the AppSumo community can amplify not just sales but innovation. Your feedback and creativity have helped shape our product—and now, with our biggest update yet just launched, it’s time to gather fresh insights and drive a new wave of adoption.

Stability & experience: Fusebase isn’t new to the game. We’ve been building and scaling since 2017. Our infrastructure is stronger, our platform more robust, and we’re ready to welcome a new wave of users.

Since our last campaign, we’ve secured investment from four additional VC funds—each with a track record of backing billion-dollar companies like Miro and PandaDoc. I’m sure those names ring a bell. We also brought on a new co-founder who exited his last company after a $2B+ acquisition; you may have already seen him in some of our videos.

But the biggest leap for FuseBase this year? We’ve started landing large enterprise clients, including those with 1,000+ employees. What sealed the deals? Our AI Agents. Unlike competitors who focus only on internal or external collaboration, FuseBase combines both—and powers them with true AI automation. No one else in the market comes close.
