1) Most of the setup is done automatically with WP installation and recreation of pages. After that you need to edit the pages only and connect your domain. I would suggest just go give a try to see that everything is so simple.

A. - You won't need Elementor Pro if you already have 10Web Builder which is available not only for hosted websites but also for the connected sites. However 10Web does not limit the plugins usage, so you can install and use Elementor Pro version on 10Web hosting if you like.
