Not Business Ready Yet- Updated Review
I see a lot of potential, but it's just not mature enough (yet) for me to use it for my customers' sites.
Pros:
*Hosting - Appears to be a true WordPress Managed Hosting rather than fake managed hosting that many others offer (i.e. shared hosting marketed as Managed WordPress Hosting).
*Hosting - VERY fast in my testing. Better than some very high priced alternatives.
*Hosting - $59/yr is an amazing price for this level of performance.
*Platform - UI is easy to understand, navigate, and use
*AI Builder - Innovative and has potential
*Extras - Included Premium Addons & Plugins are a great value.
*Support - Staff are nice are try to be helpful
Cons:
*Support - Agents either aren't very knowledgeable or don't have the proper resources available to them to provide effective support. All of my technical support requests had to be escalated to Developers; which can take 24 to 48 hours to respond.
*Support - Advertise 24/7 support, but Developers seem to only work business hours. Since everything appears to need to be escalated to them, it's not true 24/7 support. I would be screwed if a customer site went down over the weekend with no support until Monday or Tuesday..
*AI Builder - Currently limited to 5 pages (however, they are working on increasing this)
*AI Builder - No way to import a entire site. You have to import each page/URL individually. Also, there is no sitemap created and linking between pages is not carried over. Not that hard to go back in and fix, but it's just time-consuming to go back in to do.
*Platform - Random slowness and glitches when adding or removing sites.
*Platform - Managing of connected sites is pretty useless unless you only want to remotely update plugins, run manual speed checks, or migrate to their hosting service. No where near what you can do with ManageWP for free.
*Hosting - Unable to use the native WordPress Importer to manually import data from other sites. Every time I attempt this, I get a "504 Gateway Time-out" error.
I really wanted to give 10Web high marks, but considering my support experience and random technical issues, I have to give it 3 tacos in it's current state (based on my use case).

May 9, 2024Thank you very much for the detailed feedback.
10Web does not limit native WordPress Importer in any way. It seems there is a bug there, which our developers will fix soon.
