Upsetting After Testing Whole System
I can’t believe what I’ve just been through with 10Web system.
The first thing I noticed was that one of the websites I’d transferred in ran super slow.
On it’s current server I could use one of the features which took around 30 seconds to run. On 10 web it took 18 minutes. I was suspicious right from that moment but continued to test.
I linked a website and all worked fine. Note the website was not on 10Web servers but simply linked. All was fine.
I used the AI system to intelligently bring in some pages. All fine.
I then came across a disaster.
I wanted to use 10Web to build a new version of my main website. Then transfer it to my normal hosting once built.
I started the build spending several days putting things into place.
I was a little annoyed at the Wordpress functionality that had been removed (to simply things I assume) but Wordpress being downsized is not a good policy.
I then transferred my site from 10Web to my normal hosting with the idea I’d build sites and transfer them to my own servers.
Mammoth mistake. You cannot do this otherwise your site won’t work correctly.
I tried to edit with the Pro version of Elementor but the 10Web version insisted on taking its place each time.
I’d spent hours on testimonials and other features but, on turning off the 10Web builder plugin BANG, my site was almost blank including the headers and footers.
All of my Globally saved modules were gone. When I turned it back ON again, they returned but not all browsers reflected this change.
It seems that, once you join 10Web you CANNOT get out and you are stuck with them forever with the sites you build there.
I originally purchased 3 codes but will have to refund as this is a disaster for hosting websites.
Slow, confusing, trying to be clever and then being double clever by allowing you to check-out but you can NEVER leave. Nice move 10Web but a tad too clever, I’d say.

It seems there was a problem with the speed of your particular website. Could you please share the link to the site or chat with the support. We will fix the problem ASAP.
10Web does not remove any WP functionality. Can you please explain what did you mean when stating that "Wordpress is downsized " ?
Header, footer and premium widgets are features of 10Web Builder. Elementor Free does not have these features. So it should not be a surprise that these features were lost when you disabled the plugin. The same way if you have to build such a content with Elementor Pro, what would you expect to see after removing the premium plugin?
