Q: I'm trying to migrate my site.
I sent a request to support early yesterday but still no answer. I understand you don't work on weekends but how long does it take? This is not off to a good start for me.

I have checked from our devs. There is no migration request from yesterday’s queue in todos. Please check your email. Most probably our devs requested some more info and were waiting for your response.
