Is there anyone else having trouble with their videos? I have been in pending or in progress status for a long time. I was just wondering if this is an isolated event?

My team and I are aware that there may be delays in creating your videos, as we have had massive surge in traffic today from our AppSumo launch. The problem would be with delay in creating 3D animation videos (and we are scaling up our servers as we speak), so we recommend you try 4K image and Animation models instead. On average it should take around 15 mins to create the entire story animation video from prompt. You will receive a notification in your email once your video is ready!
