I purchased multiple lifetime codes through AppSumo and trusted their platform to manage my websites. Unfortunately, my account access was suddenly disrupted, and I’ve been unable to properly restore or recover it.

What’s worse is the lack of clear support and resolution. I’ve reached out, but the issue remains unresolved, leaving my websites and business operations impacted.

For a company offering hosting and AI tools, reliability and account security should be the absolute priority. Right now, that trust is broken.

If this issue is resolved quickly and professionally, I’m open to updating this review. But at the moment, I cannot recommend 10Web based on my experience.
