I was hesitant to use this because of the bugs and it's a bit sluggish but loved that their support is responsive which made me decide to give them a try.
However, I'm upset that my website got hacked after I decided to move my domain name. They can't even tell me what to do to avoid this from happening again.

I received 20,000 website visitors and my storage came up to 1.7GB where I only have less than 10 photos uploaded in their storage. Took them 72 hours to investigate and advised me to delete the website I spent 2 days to work on.

Adding insult to the injury is that they insist my site is migrated where I already explained multiple times that it was built using their platform.
I trusted this because the Ad copy says there is a High-Class Security but with this experience, I don't think it works as advertised.

I am not a developer and simply trying to build a landing page to my own business using their platform as I find Dreamhost too advanced and expensive for my needs, but getting these problems is not worth it. Can't believe I wasted so much time
