Do Sumolings get the AI assistant chatbot? I dont see it in our portal. if not, can we buy the addon? it says we get ongoing Select Plan updates so im guessing we dont get it is it possible to pay extra? TY!

A: Hello linuslaw,
Currently, the meeting room recordings don't show the chat and transcriptions, but you can download the transcript in the meeting history. I've put in a request to show the closed captions (transcription) in the recording itself.
Q: Am I able to add my other businesses and if so, how?
I don't see a way to add an organization.

A: Hello cozy2963,
You can't add another organization without signing up for a new account. Each 11Sight organization is meant to be used for one business. You would need to sign up with a new organization if you want to use integrations and branding for separate businesses.
