One of the biggest pro's for this software is that the end user does not have to download anything in order for it to work. Tested almost every aspect and it all seems to work flawlessly. The power of having any of the connection requests being sent to the mobile app is an absolute game changer.
I previously used a BotStar Chatbot on my website that worked well until it was time for a human to takeover and conversate with the person. If you don't have a monthly/yearly plan the takeover request is slow to be received via email and then you connect online with their app, with the person likely gone by that point. 11Sight connection is instantaneous!! Phone, video, or audio...from the app or the browser all just works. And fast!!
This is one of the best investments I have made so far on AS.
