I needed a practical video chat and audio chat for the website. I tested several offers from AppSumo. ElevenSight clearly won.
The setup took me a little longer. I didn't need instructions. I understood how things are connected. In one hour I am able to create on the website:
- Simple button for direct call - chat, video or audio call
- Drop-down button for different types of calls
- Super button - the client can choose a call operator from more people
- Installation on websites using code and script is easy. I use the Brizy builder for
wordpress and I insert individual codes on a specific page. It is working wery good.

What I couldn't set:
When someone calls a video call or a voice call, I can't tell if it's an audio call or a video call.
I would need to translate only a few items into the Czech language in the frontend - the main items can be translated. I don't need a backend translation
