It was easy to setup ElevenSight and the integration with the short URLs was no problem. I like the short URLs especially because you can insert them like a normal link into the content of your website. It's very convenient to have call links wherever you like - Great!

The personalized e-lines and meeting rooms are very useful if you have a team of users. All the communication is directed to the person in charge. The support call will ring on the phone of the supporter, the questions about a product will go to the sales person. That's especially useful if you use the mobil app!

The integrated profile page will display your logo, business information and most important your 11Sight button. The profile page can be used even if you don't have a website and will make the communication really easy for you and your customers.

QR codes can be created for your call link or profile page and make the communication from mobile devices as easy as it can get - Great!

The backend is nothing fancy but very fast and functional. That's how it should be!

The only drawback is the branding which can not be disabled.
