I have bought a TON of AppSumo deals. I have loved many, and hated a few.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this one, but it seemed pretty cool so I took a chance.

Pros:

Support is amazing. and they use their own tool.. seriously.. Give them a call. I called twice on Day 1 with simple questions and they answered the video call each time and the quality was great!

I think this is a real game changer.. Why use a phone number anymore? This works with any smartphone or device, so it is way easier to just give someone a URL or a link to call and use it in a variety of formats(QR, web widget, link, etc)

Call quality has been excellent so far. Can't wait to test it with a larger group size. I use Vectera for small client meetings and it is slow and not good on mobile. This works nicely on both mobile and browser.

CON's:

I found the UI to be a bit bare an not very descriptive when trying to figure out a few things, but like I said earlier.. within minutes I had a real live rep on a video chat helping me out and solving my problem.

Other than that.... try it.. Stack it... I am now going to be putting this on all of my sites and streamline prospect and client chat.. I am also going to ditch my 1-800 phone number.

This is the future of calling. and the future begins with 11sight in my opinion.
