1 -You didn't reply if images could be used for memes. Not on website background, but as main image within a meme. In that use case, text would be added over images.

2 - You mentionned this work for background or decoration. So it does not work for illustration purposes ? For example, in an article about Emailing, I can't use an email image from your collection ?

1) Yes, you can use the images as memes published on both your website and social media.
2) The usage does not limit to background/decoration only, you are allowed to use it for illustrative purposes for your website, mailing, social media, blog, etc.
