Question: how do we contact their support? Very Disappointing ISSUE: The platform isn't working anymore: can not upload any new images No support No Email Attempted on several different browsers and platforms, all with the same negative results.
Can someone answer why this app has no support? There isn't even an autoreply when sending an email to support or when using their contact form on their website. I hope AppSumo reads these questions and comments and removes this app from their offerings. Not answering support requests (been over two-weeks for me, still no reply) brings a bad name and diminished trust to AppSumo. They deleted my account because I asked why my account was downgrade to free!!. In addition, their support is very bad Bad deal.
