Q: Everybody is selling something!

Be it a salesperson selling a product to a prospect, Marketer selling budget to Boss, CEO selling the idea to their employees, Recruiter selling the promise of a job to the candidate, Consultant selling their skills to the customer, Customer success team selling assurance and anytime help to a customer, Teacher selling the knowledge to a student, or Entrepreneur selling the concept to an investor.

The reason for every meeting or call with another person is to connect with them, build a good relationship, though the motive in many cases will be to sell an idea or product to them eventually.

The mission and purpose of our startup are to enable every individual with enough knowledge and insights in a distraction-free one-page summary about the other person to help them connect better.

Thanks to many of you who tried our product, and gave some amazing feedback. Our current product is being used by more than 100 companies across 3 continents and we thought it is ready for individuals. We were wrong when we slightly customized our product for you Sumo-lings, as the expectations were different. So, we have decided to work on your feedback and requests, and soon, we will release a version that matches your expectation. We learned a lot about consumer requirements and we will be back with a better 1Page that suits your needs!

Q: Hi again, 1) While syncing my calendars, it was asking me permissions to download contacts, edit events etc which I denied.

Is this info needed for the experience?

2) Once I signed in, I am unable to move on to the next step.The only option I see is to 'add account', no continue

The idea is great and I loom forward to using it once I figure out more. Thanks!

We need contact permissions because everything we do revolve around contacts. We can give you LinkedIn information using the contact email, we pull relevant emails using contact email - so we request it.
