Q: Can we do an audio meeting instead of a video meeting?
And is there an mute option on either audio or video meeting?

Hi there! Yes you can. 24sessions allows you to choose audio-only right before your enter the meeting. Also, when in the chat room you can choose to de-activate your webcam or mute your sound :) Let us know if you have any other questions.
How about mute the sound from customers? is this possible with 24 sessions as well?

Your customers can mute their sound in the meeting room but you cannot mute it for them.
