Q: I bought this deal and tested out your platform with a client meeting this morning.
A couple of questions came up from his user (participant) side:
- when he received his invitation email with the steps to participate the link to join (step 2 - visit...) wasn't a clickable hyperlink (he's using Outlook and I checked and my organizer email has the same problem)
- his feedback on receiving the reminder email almost an hour before the meeting seemed long to him, he asked me if reminder times can be adjusted - I did not find a setting for this.
Also, is there a way to schedule a meeting without inviting anyone, and then simply copy the meeting room link + access code to send in an alternate way to email (i.e. we use alternate communication with some clients such as Flock etc.)?
