Read the other reviews and still decided to purchase to try it out! We pay for the $15 zoom right now, the thing about love about LTD's is I love cutting our monthly overhead! I used it quite a bit today and have to say I am over all happy. The system performed flawlessly for me. There were some quirks I had to figure out but that is just learning the new software. I really like the Live Now feature, the ability to prevent limit scheduling before a certain time frame, the meeting types, and all the customized branding. The user interface is very clean and easy to use. Rick was available most of the day to help with questions and helped me with every single bump I encountered(again due to learning new software). I don't really care that they have the 24Sessions branding, the company has the right to make money, as long as ours is front, centered, and prominent. None of my users today really even saw the rebranding. I saw Rick posted that they are going to lower their brand removal down to $49 and offer the customized redirect, this is cool and I think worth the money. There was a bug on the availability page, Rick assured me they were going to get that fixed ASAP. Rick also stated that they are going to add prices to the add ons page so we know what is free and how much the other stuff is. The reason for 4 tacos, is I agree with others I believe the email customization should be included. Also that the given storage should be a bit higher, maybe 10gb, to give us a little flexibility to store the recordings elsewhere, maybe even a direct integration with Drive or Dropbox so we can simply store them there...? Also no screen control but for us this isn't a big deal, it is easy enough to walk someone through a process with screen share.

The biggest pros are the mostly white label, no downloading software, and all the options to the meetings themselves.

Rick, let us customize the emails, and bump up the storage a tad or bring us an integration sometime and this will be 5 tacos and I am sure others will feel the same!
