Rising-Star Customer Experience Platform

As a CEO and founder, I'm always on the lookout for innovative technology to equip my team to help enrich customer experiences. Heybase is a promising customer platform for both sales and marketing, offering an easy-to-use and customization drag and drop no-code builder. The platform also allows for branding customization for each customer journey (login page to rooms, email, etc).

The only area where I think Heybase could improve is for interactivity proposal/ presentation slides, which could be more like those seen on DesignModo site. Additionally, richer integration with major SaaS apps (such as Questionscout, Qwary, Uchat, Figma, Ntask, Nifty, Clientjoy, Signaturely/ HelloSign and Internxt) could also help to further enhance the customer experience.

During my review, I haven't yet tried to reach Heybase customer support myself, but I am confident in their ability to provide an excellent customer experience. I also hope they are able to respond swiftly to customer queries, better than their competitors.

I wish the Heybase team all the best in their efforts to continually provide the best CX platform and services to their LTD users.
