A: Hi Beansontoast,

in the Pro plan, this feature is not included. In the Advanced plan, you have the possibility to "spice up" the copy that you have written, using OpenAI's software. You can add positive or negative emotions to make your copy more engaging.

Would you consider offering OpenAI API access to those who purchase from AppSumo? That would be enough for me to consider this deal.

That's a shame. This makes the deal very unattractive in this case, so I'll give it a miss, but I do appreciate the reply. If you want the ltd community behind you, consider offering a deal with real value to us where the important features are not locked behind a monthly payment. We're early adopters for the most part and most of us aren't willing to pay monthly, even if you try to force us into it with a deal structure like this. We just say no and don't buy at all. Our value comes in feedback, suggestions, and free word of mouth promotion (if the tool is good and the founder(s) don't screw us over). Locking us out if such features means people won't care much about you. And also keep in mind that it is extremely high risk for us to purchase these early saas on appsumo. History of Appsumo deals proves many saas founders change deal terms down the line, some go out of business etc. so we take a risk when we buy. I wish you good luck with your campaign.

Another thing that makes very little sense...why can't we use our own OpenAI API key for this feature? If it's part of the advanced plan, why not make another code so we can get it.

Hey BeansOnToast, NinjaSalesGroup and Sumoling2302687324 at the same time,

I answer to all three of you because your questions about AI integration are similar (and because there is no reply button under your individual replies – AppSumo's interface is a bit weird here).

It's amazing to hear how important AI access is to you, thanks for your feedback on this. This importance is totally new to me because I thought "there are tons of tools for this already out there". Maybe it's time to push this further up on my roadmap!

The main problem I am trying to solve with 2Quiet2Market, first, is this:

Solopreneurs quickly lose motivation and energy to do their marketing and simply return to building their product (happened to me and my solopreneur friends, again and again). We start with the best intentions and lots of energy, but we stop after a few weeks and lose business. And: AI didn't help us with this!

So at the moment I prioritize the features that help you build a marketing habit:

1) Position your product
2) Derive the most important messaging
3) Plan experiments
4) Turn them into tasks in Todoist
5) Execute them by sending out your messages across various channels and see what sticks.
6) Go back to step 3, or 2, and sometimes even back to 1.

The next Pro features that I am currently working on is integration with analytics tools, so that you get feedback about the success of your marketing efforts. The workflow will then look like this: positioning, messaging, experimentation, and feedback via analytics. The feedback is a kind of reward for your hard work, so it will help us all keep up our marketing habits and not lose energy.

I plan to have the analytics integration ready at the end of August. GA4 and Plausible will be the first tools to be integrated.

So, if you say my deal here isn't attractive if I don't offer AI with it, I have to live with that for the next weeks.

Makes me sad, but I think "keeping the marketing habit up and running" is most important. "Getting good marketing copy with the help of AI" can wait until I run a different campaign with a different deal here on AppSumo – or until I make it possible to "bring your own API key" for OpenAI.

Please be patient, I'm only one developer working on this. Enjoy the other workflow steps for now, and build a successful "marketing loop" for your business!

Cheers...
Matthias

For me its more about not getting full access to something i paid for on AppSumo. Since I have ChatGPT plus, I'd love the chance to use my API to better use my tools synergisticly.

I can understand the value of focusing on routines rather than tool integrations, but it makes me less likely to start using the tool when I know I can't take of more advanced features down the road.

Rather than not allowing lifetime API access, why not give it to all users, but require they complete 30 days of consistent habits to unlock access. If it was unlocked from a support ticket request, you would get the chance to check in with users for feedback as well as reducing the number of support request and side tracked customers.

I could also see that motivating some users to stick with your program so they can unlock additional features.

Hi hoping full flash all features for earlybird SumoLings!

Hoping Matthias will be happy to offer this to Sumo Community!

Kindly confirm?
