Q: Do you have an internal task list builder instead of going to Todoist?
Todoist free version is limited to 5 active projects, so essentially doesn't that render your solution limited to the Todoist free plan, meaning only 5 active projects with tasks? Need some help from you to explain how this works.
I am not planning on paying a monthly fee to Todoist, so I'd like to understand how I can use tasks for 50-1000 active projects?

There is a perfect way to run Todoist with only 4 projects. In my case, I call them
- this week
- this month
- next month
- long term / on hold
I sort my tasks into those four projects and move them from this month to this week and so on. That way, I always have a clear understanding about what to do.
And by the way: 50-1000 active projects is a horrible idea. You have only 100% of attention. If you split it among 50 projects, each project will get only 2% of your attention. Therefore, it will take 50 times as long as if you had only one active project.
Does that make sense? ๐

Matthias
